Refund Policy

At PuroBreeze, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, we're here to assist with a simple and transparent return process. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must be sent to our warehouse in China — unless the product is defective. This allows us to continue offering high-quality home decor at fair prices.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all protective packaging intact.
  • Sale items and final-sale products are non-refundable.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or handmade items, such as made-to-order art pieces or limited edition decor, are non-returnable.

Conditions Not Considered Quality Issues

Certain imperfections and variations are natural in home decor and do not qualify as product defects. Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Slight color, shape, or texture variations due to handcrafted nature or screen differences
  • Minor surface marks or imperfections in ceramic, glass, wood, or metal finishes
  • Slight asymmetry or pattern variation in handmade pieces
  • Sizing discrepancies within a ±5% range of listed measurements
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic (style, color, visual expectations)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@purobreeze.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
  3. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in China. We strongly recommend using a trackable international courier (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx).
  4. Important: Once shipped, you must send the tracking number to support@purobreeze.com. Without this information, we will not be able to process your refund.
  5. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking to prevent loss or damage in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are not included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items or items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Custom-made, limited edition, or artisan-crafted decor
  • Used or damaged items, including items altered after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the 30-day return window

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purobreeze.com, with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Requests made after 7 days may not qualify for a defect-based refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
